Minimum and maximum prices include the use of services and shared bathrooms, service, VAT, and other taxes.
Tourist tax: €1.00 per person per day.
(*) Starting from the 2025 season, electricity will be calculated separately with a rate between 2.00 euros and 3.00 euros per day, depending on usage. (There is an extra charge for the use of air conditioning). Thank you.

For each type of housing unit, in each season, the extra cost for final cleaning is € 30.00
Guests are required to provide a credit / debit card number as a guarantee for the booking. There won’t be charges to the card if the reservation is cancelled within the cancellation policy.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancellation is always free if the notice is equal to or greater than 40 days.
- If the pitch/Bungalow is cancelled between 15 and 30 days, 20% of the booking will be charged.
- If the pitch/bungalow is cancelled with less than 15 days’ notice, 50% of the booking will be charged.
- For no-shows, the total booking will be charged.
