Camping QUAI is located just a short walk from the town’s historical center of Iseo right in front of Montisola is Camping QUAI, a well-kept campsite which, in harmony with the environment, has bungalows and is equipped to receive campers, caravans and tents.

The recently renovated campsite has pitches, bungalows and apartments, a playground area for children, a bowling green, a large slipway for hauling boats, a private beach, buoys for mooring boats, has a bar and snack bar. with ready meals, pizzas and sandwiches.

Furthermore, free wi-fi and rental bicycles are available for guests. Possibility of boat renting, excursions in the area and water sports.

There is also a camper service and a chemical toilet.

Pets are allowed.

History

Built in 1957, it is the meeting point for loyal Italian and foreign tourists. The friendly and welcoming family management takes care of the guests and is available with assistance and advice in Italian, English and German.

Camping Rules

  1. Everybody who enters or stays in the campsite has to be registered at the reception.On arrival, guests, will provide an identity document, their vehicle’s number plate and sign the Arrival Declaration. Signing you accept these regulation. Minors are only accepted if staying with an adult who is legally responsible for them.
  2. Access for new customers is NOT allowed from 12:30 to 14:30 (reception closed) and entry will only be allowed for already registered customers.
    It is kindly requested to leave the passage free and therefore park the vehicles at the roadside.
  3. Pitches, Bungalow and apartments must be vacated by 10.30 a.m.; on the day of departure.
  4. Cars can drive to the pitch and stay on or around it only for the time strictly necessary to charge/discharge. After then they must be parked in the parking area. We remind guests that the speed limit inside the campsite is 10 Km/h
  5. Under no circumstances may cars, tents, chairs or deckchairs be permitted to stay on the free pitches that they are not their owns
  6. Visitors are only admitted on foot, from 9.00 a.m. to 21.00 p.m. Their car must be parked outside the campsite. The visitors must hand in their documents on arrival and pay the camping tariffs if they stay longer than one hour. The access from visitors is permitted ONLY in middle and low season, but please check with the reception staff if it is possible.
  7. Parents are directly responsible for their children’s behaviour, who must be always watched and accompanied to the toilets, the lake and the playground where children must be accompanied and supervised by their parents.
  8. Dogs must have a medical pass and must be kept on a lead at all times. No dogs are allowed in the showers/toilets, in the lake.
    It is compulsory to collect your dog’s droppings and throw them in the containers located outside the campsite.
    Dogs are only allowed to bathe on the beach (ask the staff).
  9. Please use the rubbish skips close to the entrance to dispose of household waste, paper, plastic and glass.It is forbidden to leave rubbish outside the provided containers
  10. We strongly advise boat owners to follow the navigation rules (hanged at the each pier) so to avoid unpleasant situation.
  11. The management declines all responsability for boats moored to the buoys or to the piers.
  12. Each guest must take care of his/her own valuables. The management declines every responsability for losses or for damages caused by bad weather or act of God.
  13. The Management is not responsible for objects left in tents, caravans, bungalows or apartments and declines all responsibility for damage caused by bad weather or force majeure. The objects found must be handed over to the Management who will keep them available to the owners.
  14. It is absolutely forbidden:
    • Digging holes in the ground
    • Damage plants and flowers in any way
    • Hang ropes and awnings from trees
    • Tampering with commonly used equipment
    • Leave rubbish outside the appropriate containers
    • Empty the chemical toilets in the bathrooms for common use. In particular, it is forbidden to pour hot or soapy water at the base of the plants.
    • Wash dishes and linen outside the special sinks.
  15. It is advisable not to waste water and to use biodegradable detergents.
  16. The use of the grill is allowed as long as it does not damage the trees or the lawn and the smoke does not disturb.
  17. The Management is available for any clarification, information or help that can make your stay pleasant and peaceful.
  18. BOATS AND BUOYS
    We accept boats with a maximum weight of 1 tonne. It is forbidden to exchange and transfer mooring buoys to others. Buoys are allowed to moor only one unit. The assignee of the buoy who intends to renounce the assignment must notify the management of the campsite. The management of the campsite has the right to change the buoy number assigned for particular weather conditions, safety reasons or other. The rates for renting the buoy are part of the campsite’s price list. The duration of the assignment is calculated per night. The boats must be moored with suitable ropes, owned by the boater and whose efficiency and adequacy he is solely responsible for. In the event of any damage, the responsible user shall provide compensation caused to the landing facilities, buoys or otherwise. The management of the campsite is not responsible for any theft in the moored boats. In the water it is not allowed to place your own buoys or other floating objects. The user is also responsible for the behavior of his family and guests. The maneuvers of approach, removal and landing at the shore must always take place respecting the good rules of navigation and at speed of only gear inserted up to 100 meters perpendicular to the coast. Children under 16 years of age are not permitted by law to drive any type of motor boat.

DAMAGES AND LIABILITY

The management is not liable for losses, deterioration and theft suffered within the Camping. Except for the coverage of risks for civil liability towards third parties, referred to in the insurance policy stipulated with REALE MUTUA filed with the acceptance office, the management is not liable for damages not attributable to its direct responsibility such as, by way of example, natural disasters, fortuitous events, fire, theft, etc. Each camper bathes in the lake at their own risk. The management of the campsite cannot be liable for any damage to bathers.

The total amount of the booked stay must be paid and the deposit will be credited completely in the event of delayed arrival or early departure due to weather conditions, vehicle damage, illness or personal reasons.
