For each type of housing unit, in each season, the extra cost for final cleaning is € 30.00
Guests are required to provide a credit / debit card number as a guarantee for the booking. There won’t be charges to the card if the reservation is cancelled within the cancellation policy.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancellation is free of charge if made within 30 days from the scheduled arrival date.
- If the reservation is cancelled with less notice, the credit card will be charged the amount equal to one or two nights.
- In case of no-show or cancellations with less than 6 days notice from the date of arrival, 25% of the total cost of the booked stay will be charged.
