Reservations, across Europe, are based on accommodation contracts binding for both parties and are not dependent on weather conditions or personal reasons.

Reservations are valid only with our written confirmation via email.
Any changes to the booking are only valid with our written confirmation

Compliance with the number of people, the period of stay and the total dimensions of the camper, caravan or tent indicated in the booking is essential. Otherwise, the Management reserves the right to consider the reservation invalid, without refund of the deposit. The total length must be indicated correctly, including drawbars, bike racks or roof racks.
Reservations are strictly personal and non-transferable.

Check-in is allowed from 11:00 am for the pitches, and from 4:00 pm for the bungalows and check-out must take place by 10:30 am. Entry into the campsite with your own vehicles is not permitted from 12.30 pm to 2.30 pm.

The pitch is reserved from 10.30am to 7pm. After this time, the customer will be considered a renouncer (no show). The management reserves the right to assign the pitch to others, unless prior telephone communication is given (0039 030 9821610) and written confirmation.

During the booking process the exact number of the pitch will not be disclosed, we will confirm ONLY the zone where the pitch is located. It is still possible to express a preference: we will do our best to accommodate the request, but the requested number will not be guaranteed.
However, for those who wish to book a specific pitch number with certainty (if available at the moment of the booking request), a supplement of 15% of the total stay will be charged.

There are two categories: day visitors and extra overnight guests.
Daily visitors are not allowed, even for very short visits, without exceptions during the entire month of JULY and the entire month of AUGUST.
However, they are admitted, upon request and availability, during the remaining months of opening of the campsite (– visitors are obliged to present an identity document and pay the required fee; in case of failure to register, the cost of visitors will be charged to you;
– the stay of daily visitors is permitted from 10.00 to 19.00;
– visitors are required to respect the camping regulations.)

Extra overnight guests must be expressly declared at the time of booking, and will be registered as campers upon arrival. Current rates will apply, Surprise visits are not possible, please inform your family and friends.
